30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [use the contact form below] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or was sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ErgoVault cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer you the choice of:
- A full replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use, installation, or modification
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
